Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
Can I grab Gatsby? ovo he looks like a cute. Also like. Gatsby.
Additionally, do you mind us making strange interests and quirks for the character to add a few dimensions of our own?

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
Not particularly. My only rules with villains are as follows.
1. Be creative.
2. No auto-hitting/fatally wounding other characters without their writer being cool with it.
3. STICK TO THE PLAN. The enemy is doing this for a clearly defined reason.
4. Ask me before having your villain do something super drastic.
5. If you're unsure what your villain should do next, ask me, and I'll point you in the right direction.
6. Feel free to create a villain, or use more than one. The enemy has our dudes outnumbered nearly five to one, and that's not including the Legions of Mutts at their disposal.

I'll get to work on a possibly total wimp of an enemy, then <: I'm assuming there are no letter restrictions?

If we are doing vilins maby ill have jackle show up late game
Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
The villains are exclusively Human/Cherub hybrids. Besides their full blooded Cherub boss.

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
I've been thinking of a new Griever to make, and I was thinking of the name Keensby. Here's the info for her for your critique:
Keensby (Maid of Heart). Keensby is small, not as small as Smallersby, and not very strong, but she is still one of the minor higher ups because of her abilities. She channels her title very openly in that she is the counselor of the Grievers. She's very excitable and prone to being very dramatic in her emotions, and she is very sensitive to the collective mood of the group. She is very good at rallying the troops, or the Legions of Mutts, but where her real skill is swaying enemies to their cause using her charm and Heart powers.

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
HOPEFULLY it'd be sooner rather than later, because more and more trolls are entering the medium. Some are still out, so you could theoretically join the chain of trolls queuing up to get in.
But first I gotta be sure that the chain hasn't been fully closed yet.

The chain hasn't closed yet. Henoia has yet to connect with Anaiko, so a new troll could connect with Anaiko and Henoia with them!
Also pssssst you should make them talk to Chanis *shamelessly tries to make people interact with and befriend my oc despite the fact that he is p much a douchebag*

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
Hm. Talking to Chanis more would be pretty cool. Sign me up.
Since this is my 100th post on this site, I should make it ABOUT something.
I guess I'll rant about Hardsby for a moment.
When I write villains, I want them to truly mean something to my characters. A character who has a natural ability should be faced with an ability that counteracts it. As a Page, Jomm needs to learn about his aspect, rather than leaning on his fighting skill and impulsive decision making.
The Grieve, from the very beginning, were based on a small evil I've encountered in my own life; videogame griefers. Boss Heath intends to wait until the characters have earned their paradise, and snatch the loot from under them. A classic dick move in some MMOs.
Datasby, from his conception, was based on that guy who has every single spawn-point figured out. An opponent you can't out-think. Smallersby based on fighting in a game against superior numbers. Drunkardsby based on dumb, drunk teammates who teamkill and hold your team back.
Hardsby is something much simpler. He's just the person you can't beat. He's physically stronger and faster than Jomm, and even before he became a Griever, he was a physically fit, african american, twenty-five year old convict. Add that to him being a Knight of Rage, he's simply too powerful of an opponent for Jomm, essentially a boy with karate lessons and a cool sword, to beat. And, in terms of personality, he's one of the nastiest, most antagonistic bad guys I've ever conceived.
All in all, I'm thrilled that he slithered out of my brain.
And that's how I came up with the Grieve, and more importantly, Hardsby.

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
Oh shit, Dissypoo, really? I guess I didn't catch that e.e I've been trying to at least skim posts for things that might affect my character, and I guess I failed there. I am sorry u.u
Also John, that's fuckin rad ovo I don't play a lot of videogames though (i.e. none at all, unless my friends make me when I go over to hang. And then it's usually just Zelda or Pikman or something), so my character (which I am still concocting) will probs not be so great in that respect. Or I could make the "me" greiver that just becomes the bubble in mario and floats along without really contributing to anything... That could be an aspect of the idea I told you about last night... hmmm... *wiggles eyebrows*

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
Okay I'm posting this here because reasons.
Are there any prospit-dreaming humans left that do not have a patron, and would like Chanis? Because I don't have much to post about atm, and that could be a good time, I think. <:Juggling many things is a thing I adore doing.

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
Dally is a Prospit dreamer. You don't really need to patron a human to chat with them. Just pick someone as random and strike up a convo.

Re: The Paradise (Session Recruitment.)
I am aware, but Chanis doesn't generally play well with others. I want to stay mostly within the bounds of reason. xD
And yes, wonderful, okay ovo
I will make a post, then.
