Dead Only [Open rp]

Hermes sighed as she sat on an iron beam, listening to the sounds of the whispering dead. The dead troll could barely hear them over the ocean, which was not too far off. She knew she was in a dreambubble, because how would the Alternian ocean be connected to her Land?

"hm… whayt to do, whayt to do…"

There was the sound of hurried footsteps behind her, before a female troll suddenly bolted past her, diving into the water. She popped her head out for a moment, looking at the other troll, before putting a finger to her lips. She ducked back down.

Hermes blinked, confused at the new arrival of the other troll. Behind the shades, her white eyes blinked, trying to figure out just what on Alternia just happened. Well, if the other needed her to be quiet, Hermes had to, in case something was up.

There were more footsteps and she became aware of someone behind her. There was the sound of someone, presumably a male, clearing their throat.
"Excuse me."

Hermes looked behind her to see the troll, shades hiding her eyes from him. Huh, so two trolls had came across the bubble, how peculiar.

"Yes…?"

The troll stared at her with white, unblinking eyes.
"I am currently in pursuit of someone. Yellow dress? She stole my wrenches."

"… I'm sorry, but I have not seen a girl in a yellow dress."

Ah, yes, the stealing game. Hermes would have chuckled, but she did not want to give the girl away, at least not so quick. Maybe wait and see if she pops out somewhere, and if not, give subtle hints to the male so he could get his wrenches back.

The troll nodded, turning. The other troll popped her head out, staring at him, before swimming back down.
"Do give me a sign if you see her."

Hermes avoids snickering like a fool, but manages a smile and nods to him.

"Will do, chief."

He strides off. The other troll climbs out of the water.
"Good, thought he'd never leave..."

"Me neither. So, you gonna return his stuff to him afterwards?"
Hermes perks a brow, twitching the corner of her lips upwards. She removed her shades, revealing the dim-glowing whites.
