I vote that the whole crew just pretends to have a captain, and that really its a mannequin wearing a bunch of their clothing and looking out of the captain's room window sternly. The room is mostly used for storage, and all choices are made democratically.

Appearance: standing at 7.2 feet tall and weighing at 100.2 kg, Veekus is surprisingly big for his age. when most sentient beings come up to him they think he's a full fledged adult. but in truth he's a 7.38 sweeper (or 16 year old.)
he has a long lengthy mane of dark purple and black hair and his horns are quite un-maintained it gets him into trouble allot but it also has an opposite effect as well. he wears a long black duster with a purple bandanna wrapped around it. under that he wears a grey tank top and a long pair of black jeans tucked into a pair of swashbuckler boots.
Bounty: 20,000,000 berries in property damages and injuries. 10,000,000 for the destruction of a heavy battle class cruiser

History: as a young grub veekus was cast out to see when he was not chosen to be looked after only to be picked up by a roaming crew of fishmen. when they gazed upon the soaked grub they were confused. unlike most people these fishmen hadn't seen a sea troll before. one of the fishmen thought he could get a quick bite from veekus only to get his food to bite him back. after that seen the fishmen agreed to bring up veekus. they taught him and raised him like one of their own. when veekus reached 4.66 sweeps (around 10 years) he left his home with the fishmen behind and went out to explore the world. only to get into an accident with a large village when a dog the was chasing a cay tripped him and caught his foot on the chain that was being dragged behind him which then lead to him running into 88 pouches, 11 store fronts, 420 benches, 69 cars and bicycles, 210 innocent bystanders and One heavy battle class cruiser. after that incident no one would listen to him and they labeled him as a criminal shortly after he escaped his execution.

Well, I'd say that his bounty should be more in the 20-30 million range. But you don't have to change this if you don't want to, bounties that low are just kinda uncommon.

Name: Able Durwood
Appearance: Miss Able is a robot, who is more often than not mistaken for being a charming human, with bottle-blonde hair tied into a small low ponytail, and a slight tan. She appears as a young lady, with no definable feminine features, but has a look of daintiness to her. The only way humans can tell that she is not human is a white dot in the center of her pupils, and her fingers are a steely gray, which is the metal hiding beneath the synthetic skin. There is also the hatch, located on the center of her back, that opens up to reveal her circuitry and buttons.

She wears a pale cyan button up, with rolled up sleeves (left rolled up higher than the other) and a pair of black pants, which are tucked into a pair of brown boots.
She has a large, heavy, brown coat that hangs off of her shoulders. Designed into the edge of the coat are what appear to be lotus flowers, running the gradient of red to the color of the coat.

Of course, being made to help, she has had some bad run-ins with an unsavory crowd, which gained her reputation and bounty.
