And yes, Kaia is not really the believing-in-aliens sort. But she eventually came around, of course. In an oh-my-gosh-you're-being-serious-well-isn't-that-crazy-and-disturbing-and-kind-of-cool sort of way.

If it does turn out that a couple other humans get involved, I should think that either a) Lalnia contacted them separately (Why would she stop after meeting one human?) or b) Kaia talked to them.

I actually think option A is more likely, but it depends. If we do wind up with more than one more human, it could be a mix, perhaps? It would probably depend on the character and all. And it's hardly for me to decide!

A) Met Lalnia in the same way Kaia did (See how somewhere above)

B) Were shown Lalnia by Kaia

C) Met trolls some other way you come up with on you own

Space and Time are major (although time isn't thattttt necessary, we'll have a hella hard time without one), and a Knight isn't necessary but would be helpful. I remember discussing with other friends that a Sylph would be a good replacement for froggy breeding, because she'd prevent the Thief of Space from screwing up the Frogs too badly and can heal them~

I mean, I'm fine with using my time player or my knight, but I think a few people said they wanted me to use the time player (which I'm perfectly fine with if I haven't said that enough)

Oh, I rather think it's whatever you decide! I guess you can pick one and just jump in, if you would like. That might really help, too, seeing as we're just sort of hanging around discussing what we could use.

(My personal stance on whether or not this is a good thing varies depending on the class. Thief-wise, I'm all for it. You can never have too many Thieves in a session. Well, sort of. I mean, imagine all the beautiful terribleness that would be an all-Thief session? Wait, that actually needs to happen. Gosh, that would be so cool.)

(Oh, and a Thief of Time AND Space? Makes it even better. Supposedly opposing aspects and all that. This is making me weirdly happy, or something. This should not be making me happy.)

Oh, hey, look at me! Pick me pick me pick me I love titles!

I'd say Hope or Rage or Blood. Those might be interesting. Knights tend to be insecure about/fear their aspect, but typically pretend to be quite the opposite! So Hope especially might be pretty cool. Hope is a pretty fascinating aspect (Well, actually, they all are). A character insecure about his/her beliefs and the possibilities of the future (though that ties into Light, so don't lean on that), but with a remarkable ability to exploit these in battle!

I have to go for a bit now, though, so I'm done going nuts over this for now. You're asking for trouble when you pose such questions, you know! :P

I have a Knight of Hope (It's Cantus, actually), and they're really interesting. But off the top of my head, I know there's at least three Knights of Hope on this site. So if you wanted something different than everyone else, I would suggest not choosing that aspect. But if you don't care, then I would definitely say go for it! I always thought Knight of Life sounded pretty cool and I haven't really seen anyone use that. Knight of Rage also sounds cool!

Life sounds good, yeah. Associations with growth, inheritance, candy, cake--sugar?, and, uh, money. Right, and results! The end justifies the means, that sort of thing. Look at both Jane and Meenah in recent events. It's starting to feel like a theme here! Also, heiresses up the wazoo. This is starting to sound like something I want to see.

Rage is hard to work with because of the Makaras. But generally it's assumed to be about passion and pessimism and acting without rationale. Sort of unpredictable, too!

And I'm still supporting Blood on the grounds that different interpretations of canon titles are usually pretty interesting. You can work with theories about the mostly unexplored-yet-thought-about facets of everything.

Funny how Knights of Hope are so very common! I didn't think about that. Is it those amazing Hope powers? Hope is seriously powerful, it seems. Really freaking powerful. And henceforth pretty awesome.

Ah, you know what? Screw it. Everything's interesting.

Okay, okay. I'm going to put my full support behind goldenCrown's excellent suggestion of Life. Because I think I've hit upon something here in my head.

The end justifies the means. RESULTS. What happens, happens. The actions themselves don't matter!

I'm seeing patterns and it makes me so happy and I'm doing it again I really need to stop being happy for silly reasons.

Psssst. Knights of Life are my favs. I actually have one in the works. Would help with frog breeding.

A Knight of Life could very well be grumpy! She might be the sort of player that tries to be upbeat and enthusiastic in spite of things, at ease and comfortable, but is actually rather tired and pessimistic. She could pretend not to care too much about her actions, but really is very concerned about the implications. This side might show through especially in times of stress and the like! Deep down, she'll probably want to be the kind of person that she half-pretends to be, but worries that she's looking for all the wrong things. Something like that?

That's basically how I understand the aspect of Life when combined with the Knight. Class is a big determiner of how the aspect relates to the player, you know!
