Evan is the sort of guy who will talk to anyone. He’s great at holding conversations and learning a lot about other people without really giving much information about himself. He tends to hold people at a distance and is often seen as a bit detached and aloof. Trust issues that stem from his family’s wealth keep him on edge when it comes to meeting new people, but once he accepts someone into his inner circle, they’re stuck there for life.

Despite his talent for socializing, Evan is something of a loner. While he has the option to go out with schoolmates or friends from the neighborhood, he prefers to either spend time alone or with the few people he has allowed into his life. The majority of those people are not people he knows in the real world as he’s found it much easier to connect with other people on the internet. A lot of his day is spent holding legitimate conversations through text with his online friends while holding inane conversations with his peers in the real world.

Once you really start to get to know the kid (and you will because he sticks to his friends like glue), Evan is creative, excitable, and doggedly loyal. He’s wildly imaginative and enjoys telling those he calls friends all about the things he’s building in his bedroom/workshop. He likes terrible puns and dad jokes and can be a bit sarcastic. One can tell they’re in Evan’s good graces if he gives them a nickname and/or teases them relentlessly.

An inventor, Evan loves taking individual pieces and putting them together to create something that works. In times of stress, he’s particularly good at reading the situation and using whatever he can find to solve whatever problem has come up. In his free-time, he’s usually working on some kind of robotic invention or DIY project and there are generally stray parts and tools strewn around his bedroom.

It’s important to note that Evan is a bit of a control freak. He likes to know exactly what’s going on and loses his temper quickly when he finds himself losing his grip on a situation. Generally, he appears mildly amused until something goes wrong and he absolutely loses it. Those who know him have grown used to babbling stream-of-consciousness messages when Evan is feeling anxious about something. He’s a very reactive person, which sometimes leads him to make decisions without thinking them all the way through. His friends should generally be prepared to help him out of whatever trouble he manages to find himself in.

Perhaps most importantly, Evan is an extremely open person. He is curious and always ready to learn something new. While some people believe they’re always right, Evan is quick to accept when he is wrong and takes great pleasure in listening to the explanation for why exactly his way of thinking isn’t necessarily the best way.

Strife Specibus: Plierkind. Initially, the allocation was an accident, but he's since adapted. He uses a weapon he alchemized using a pair of pliers, his pocket knife, and a Metallica CD he had lying around. The weapon is essentially a pair of pliers, but both handles are Swiss Army Knives with weapons as well as tools. The whole thing has a kind of metal theme and Evan thinks it's hella rad.
Fetch Modus: Rubik's Modus. Can access any item at any time only after solving a Rubik's puzzle with n faces where n is the number of storage cards he has. The more storage space he has, the harder it is to get anything.

Other: Almost definitely prototypes one of his inventions before entering the medium. In order to enter the medium, he has to press enter on a Cruxite keyboard.
