I can't help but notice that your chatbox is at the bottom of the page, and not exactly frequented by the members of this site. Perhaps moving it to the top would be a good idea? It seems to be the case on other websites that when the chatbox is at the top, it is visited more often.

I know i'm new here, but I just wanted to put that idea forward.
