If there are Dedz on a planet other than Cortex it must be fore a specific reason, Such as to aid the research of technologies to increase Cortex's abilities. Which sounds like a perfect reson to Have a small colony on such a diverse planet.
This is my idea above...
- The Colored Barrens (Dedz Surface controlled area):
- A small isolated city lies near the northern pole of the planet, Few races capable of living in such a cold harsh enviroment. The dedz find the Climate enjoyable, Learning from the formation of ice structures, Building beautiful towers out of the ice and Technology. During the light hours, the sculptures seem dull and un-purposed, But at night the light flow through the ice displaying colors, and art unknown to most beings. At the center of the city, a small fountain flows the cleanest, freshest of waters.
This is my idea above...

I'm guessing we're talking about territory now?
Thathals would live anywhere that has a. Trees, mostly jungles but they would settle for forests or b. have a high altitude. The ideal place would be a mountainous jungle. They wouldn't have a need for a city or the likes.

i don't know, but that's what make sit a paradox. maybe it's basically set up like an infinite loop, where we are forced to scratch the session each time, but change it so we survive, thus making it a loop. and this session we're about to do is the session we figure this out, and our first chance to break the cycle, yet we have no knowledge as to why we fail or how to stop it from happening

I think it'd be best if we get a chance to break the cycle, going in knowing the best we can do is go back to where we started is a little down.

To make this interesting I think only the Time player should be aware of the loop or paradox or whatever. They would be the one trying to stop the session from failing every time.

Still not coming back unfortunately but a suggestion for time loopy thing: perhaps the players are all so diverse in races is because perhaps the universe goes through a "half scratch" where some variables (like a particular species) stays the same, but something else is also replaced/added (a new species). This would explain such a diversity of alien species on one world taken part in the game, which is really unprecedented.

Heh, DT, that idea isn't even half bad. So, our game's scratch function is broken? In that, in stead of making an entirely new instance with Dancestors and such, just takes the universe and slightly changes it. Adding a new race. But, this time a future Time player has appeared and warned us of the loop? Just putting some sense to this lol

so right now we are in the planning phase then?? if so, could I make a request/suggestion? as we have yet to see a session where multiple races are together as a loop. Would we start out as Skarion working on modifying the e to allow a wider range of play, so the other races can be in the game as well. I feel it would be appropriate to have some sort of modification to the game to make allowances as such to allow multiple races to start together. know what I mean??

Sburb so far has only been seen with one race per game. I am asking if we can start out with my character finishing modding Sburb to allow for multiple races in this game...

I always thoughts it was based on civilizations, not races. Though the race would make some sense i guess.

yea, because Sollux modified it to work for his own group, as well as forcing it to allow for two teams (that he failed at thanks to karkat XD). But it seams as thought it would be neccassary to allowing races other than humans let alone multiple reasons... Even UU made notable comments about going through length to get her version running the same day as E2 team...

Eh. I honestly don't see a problem in this department. I'm pretty sure Sollux made only minimal changes to the game, and I don't think focusing it towards trolls was one of them. I mean, it's ridiculous to think that whatever this entity called Sburb is, that it would be focused to one race in a vast, infinite amount of possible races. I agree with BK; It'd be one civilization per game, if anything. So, yeah, I honestly don't think there is a problem to be fixed here ^vvv^

yeah it wouldnt be toward a single race it would be based with no set race. Every race that played in cannon took quite amount of time before the game could be ready, For instance for the humans it was a normal company that was rerighting the game know what i mean?? i thought it would just be a fun way to start off.. not any particular reason other than a some what original way to start off a session.
