Humans mainly developed this city, so it has a lot of humans and trolls. In the center of the city is where the GOVERNING BODY of alternia that is apart from the EMPIRE. They have been doing some experiments that had kept everyobe out of the center of the city for almost a sweep now. Yellow bloods, and other MIND POWERED TROLLS are disappearing from the outskirts, and being taken in by the government. Except, they didnt know their plan was so doomed to fail. People scream, and run away from the area. But the Police stop anyone from investigating the area of the explosion. One of these people at one of the many police barricades trying to look over the police is ORFEUS CASTOR. He happened to be in a shop just outside of the explosion area.

"Whats going on?! What happened at the Capital?" He yells, before being shoved backward.

"Stay back, people!" An officer yells.

Over the smoke from the explosion, many figures are seen flying out of the Capital with hospital gowns. Yes, flying.
