How do bins Work?

How do the bins work is that they are given twelve months until everything inside is deleted. That's if- If the hoster of the topic contacts one of the many admins of this forum to archive it... Or move it out of the bins, so it can be revived.

The topics that haven't been posted in forever, are placed in lock down and instantly moved to the bins.
