Rules are simple,
you can join as an OC from any of the cannon races or approved fan races,
to apply simply dot down below all info including race, name, history, mental, morality, strengths and weaknesses.
players will be matched evenly at first but will start to meet more and more difficult opponents, for the first round both plays will decide on the battlefield while in later fights the weaker of the two will be given the full choice on the battlefield.

(note, if anyone thinks they can iron this out then by all means help me out  as this is my first time leading a RP)
