My first ever character, if anything is wrong please tell me what it is and how I can repair it, I'll be lost to what to do otherwise...

Physical appearance: Timo is a tall and lanky young man, having very little mass to his towering body. His skin is a very pale tone, resisting almost all the sun that’s ever come in contact with it. He has short, messy jet black hair that he loves to keep just above his eye brows. His eyes are a gentle steel-blue color. His usual attire is a pair of black jeans, grey T-shirt, black dress shirt that he wears like an over coat, a black pin-stripe fedora, white tennis shoes, and a necklace with a heart pendant.
Personality: Outwards, Timo is a predator of the opposite sex, he prowls often and flirts beyond reason with any female he comes in contact with, no matter how violent a rejection may come, always reasoning it as being ‘hard to get’ taunts as he continues his persuits. He is a violent pervert and slips in innuendos and sexual references any chance he gets in conversation or even in passing. While certainly not stupid by any stretch of imagination, he doesn’t use much common sense and tends to talk what is on him mind before thought, causing him to seem rather brash to others. However, despite this, he remains genuinely friendly, even to his ‘prey’, and attempts to push aside his need to be inappropriate to help anyone he considers a friend, friendship being a surprisingly important part of his psyche.
Moving a bit more under the surface, Timo is more or less a mess. He has low self-esteem and is violently paranoid that he is a joke among those he calls friend, fearing violently for the day that he’s turned on by the people he relies on for security. We can also find that his perversion is to be blamed on a cocktail of mental cracks, his mind has taken his inner depression and linked it to the fact that he lacks a relationship and has also melded it with the television stereotype of the fedora-wearing assholes that are made attractive because they don’t let up on the poor girls they target, creating his bastardization of a personality. When stripped of his perverted, over the top ‘charming’ over coat you would only find a fearful and somewhat shy young man who needs a hug and to be told he means something to someone.
