Physical appearance: Physically intimidating, Master Dofu had not an ounce of softness on his body. Tanned, well muscled, and red eyed, he was a vision of toughness, despite being in his waning years. Despite his powerful appearance, he was often seen smiling, especially in combat.

He wore a sleeveless Karate Dogi, dark blue in color, with a black belt with red stripes. He had no need for shoes, but bound his knuckles with black cloth. He wore a large set of red prayer beads around his neck.

Personality: Typically easygoing and carefree, even in battle. He was wise and kind, using his knowledge of the martial arts to teach young people to defend themselves in a harsh world. He eventually sacrificed himself to defend his students and his art.

Strengths: He was a master of physical combat, and philosophy.

Weaknesses: He was devoted to his students, and was therefore drawn out by his enemies and killed.

Fears/Insecurities: Losing his students before they were ready to truly defend themselves.

Likes: Fighting, occasionally drinking, teaching, watching his students progress.

Dislikes: Defeat, verbose textbooks (a trait he passed on to Jomm), tight clothing.

Hobbies: Martial arts, chess.

Other: He taught Jomm a song that Jomm sings when he's alone and scared, and a tune that Jomm hums when he's bored. Master Dofu taught Jomm to be nearly 40% as physically capable as him. Though this was an immense golf between their skill levels, it places Jomm as one of the most competent physical combatants that you can have on your team.

He never got a chance to teach Jomm how to properly wield a sword, so Jomm's swordsmanship is mostly improvised and self taught.
