What the hell?

I used to pop in and five different people were chattering away about various plots and shenanigans. Now whenever I'm here nobody is talking so I can't drop any of my ideas down for public appraisal on the fly :(

Annnnnnnnyway, I have somethin' to drop on y'all.

I'm in the middle of creating a new race that has taken me many weeks on and off to reach this point here. There still a couple of parts not filled in, but the one I want to get out of the way now is naming convention.

To give you some background, my race is based off of crabs, lobsters, and mobsters. They are super into drug dealing, and they experience pain as a social bonding experience when the pain isn't intended to kill or cripple you... A.K.A. masochists/sadists. They are essentially 1930s gangsters, the whole lot of 'em.

Here are some words I've already invented to give you some inspiration of how their names could be made:

Sorry that the list isn't very varied, but I figured it would still be useful for you to get an idea of how they mess with words and stuff.

Also, those words. It's how the modern generation talks. I vote to call their language "The modern generation."

And sup Kas, nice to meet you! But yeah, I don't post here very often because I am so busy. But I work on posts and stuff on Google Docs for a pretty long time before submitting them here.

I worry that I may be slowing down the entire site because of it... like poor BK and Glag :/ okay, most especially them, I slow them down >.<

But yeah, I got these 1930's Lobsters (yes, that be a pun on mobsters) that seem to like shortening up words with apostrophe's like the modern generation apparently. So I need to figure out how these crabs name each other.

I'm thinking about having them use a rather long phrase for their name, that they shorten up into their "gangster names". But I don't know if that's too confusing or not.
