Lomab: Land of Motion and Basalt
Land Name: Land of Motion and Basalt
Terrain: The terrain of Lomab is primarily made up of large stretches of polyganal formed stone cliffs and canopys reaching far and wide and leaving huge areas cavernously overshadowed with massive gaps letting in light from the colourful sky. Thick smokey fog covers the lower areas of Lomab and beneath is hot rock and often spouts of magma pouring up and solidifying into more stone. The ridges and rooftops are connected by slides, ziplines, ropeladders and bridges all connected to a system of inteconnected strands called the Great Net. Much of the Great Net is drooping beneath the smoke uselessly waiting to be pulled up high enough to reconnect the otherwise precarious levels of Lomab. Four wide chasms stretch out from the Belfry running straight across Lomab before reconnecting at the falls on the opposite side splitting the caverns and plateaus into four seperate contenents over the magma unconnectable without the Great Net. The plateaus that form the rooftops of the massive open and overcast areas while seemingly a better way to travel across Lomab are plauged by huge swarms of flying cephelopodic parasites and dangerous to remain on for long journeys.
Landmarks: The Belfry: A massive tower reaching high above the other cavern roofs of Lomab filled with large cranks and pullys to raise up the Great Net once its been secured at the steeples.
The Falls: A point opposite the Belfry on Lomab that forms an enormas hole with rivers of magma pouring into its echoing depths. Deep within the huge hole is Hemera's lair.
Swinging City: The home of most of Lomab's Consorts this city is entirely supported in one of the most stable parts of the Great Net buildings hanging on massive cords and the whole place connected by swings and ladders.
Player Handler: Vinner Atroxi
Main Quest: To reach the eight steeples and turn their wheels hoisting up the Great Net to a higher level before heading for the Belfry in the centre of Lomab and hoisting it to its pinnacle.
Consorts: Gibbons: These noisy and hyperactive creatures have a short attention span and tend to keep moving across the Great Net in pursuit of whatever has caught their attention. They never travel on the topside for fear of the swarms catching them and so are always climbing or swinging on the equally expansive underside.
Denizen: Hemera
Gate Color: Orange
