Personality:
Dipper is a wealthy, pompous lavender-blood who certainly lives up to the highblood stereotype. He is extremely hemoloyal, though believes himself to be a prince of some sort, ordering those under him around relentlessly. He will do almost anything to protect his status, and the dirty little secret he hides so very well.

Dipper is the exact opposite of his public persona behind closed doors. As much as he fits the stereotype, he is actually extremely rebellious towards the empire and his higher-ups. He'll only kneel to them due to his secret mutant status as a lavender. As much as he sympathizes with other mutants,
he refuses to be seen with/around them. He much prefers to hang around wealthier trolls, and the occasional hemorebel behind closed doors. Usually refuses to socialize with royal blooded trolls.

Dipper owns an underground lowblood fighting ring called "The Boutique", where hundreds of trolls gather twice every few months for six nights of absolute, unfiltered violence. This is illegal where the ring is situated, so it's kept on the down low. Trolls from all over the spectrum come to watch, gamble, and even fight from time to time. It's a rather big event, but has somehow managed to be kept under wraps for a good long while.
