Physical appearance:

A short and somewhat scrawny androgynous  girl with bad eyesight.  She likes wearing comfortable, sturdy and plain clothes that still look brand new even after she has owned them for years. She is a clean freak that likes to look impeccable, even if simply dressed.  Thus, most of her wardrobe consists  of T-shirts with her sign, brand jeans, sneakers and her signature fancy glasses. She keeps her hair short, her bangs seeming to almost get in her eyes, but actually never reaching them.  She has freckles.
Personality: Electo Cacher is  complicated. A lowblood that's very afraid of death, yet fascinated by it. Almost never morbid in conversations, though. Her easily depressed and startled nature is well-hidden  behind her  laid-back intellectual facade.  In truth, she's anything but laid-back. She's driven and focused, although she pretends to be otherwise.  She resents her condition and envies almost every highblood.  There is so much rage inside this tiny girl, but she's not going to show any of it. She won't do anything that risks getting her killed. Or does she?  After all, Electo wants to see everything that the Alternian culture stands for destroyed; except the technology. She can't live without it.
In conversations, Electo is polite and mostly friendly, although some of her nerdy arrogance sips through from time to time.  She  is very helpful as long as she get something from it; gadgets are her preferred currency, but she can work for free if she thinks that one's company is worth her time. Cacher doesn't bond easily and  is reticent in showing her more negative emotions. If someone manages to get close to her, his actions can easily hurt her, which is why, she avoids truly involving herself in a relationship. The response to her fears is avoidance or, if, in company, pretending they don't exist.

Lusus:  Miice is  a hive mind occupying dozens, at one point, hundreds, of mouse-like bodies that simultaneously share all their sensory information .  Its bodies all look alike, but are, actually, specialised.  Almost never any two of them share the exact tasks. When a body is killed or the organism multiplies, the hive redistributes the duties between its physical divisions.  The rodents that make up Miice can reproduce both sexually and by parthenogenesis. The superorganism can survive even if only one of its bodies remains.

**Electo has attached small cameras to each mouse in order to observe their  habits, all well as to use them to scout the environment. It has revealed that one of Miice's bodies is encased in amber, but is treated by the hive mind as alive. So far,  its underground location has prevented her from investigating more closely.

Weaknesses:  Being a lowblood, Electo has a feeble constitution. She also lacks any powers that could be used directly in a fight.  She can't hold her own in close combat, so if an enemy gets near her, she will definitely attempt to flee.  She values her life much more than any others, so she will not attempt to save someone in danger unless she can do it while remaining totally safe. She doesn't understand emotions well , nor can she express them properly.  While she doesn't overtly show it, she is envious of other people's status.
Fears/Insecurities: Sometimes her fear of dying gets so bad that it is, ironically, life impairing. She is also afraid of getting injured. Having a bad internet connection is scary. She doesn't want to ever have to deal with that again!
Likes/Hobbies: Electo loves crazy gadgets, although she can't afford many of them. She is more into learning about gaming than actually playing. She finds FLARPing  to be dangerous and dubious, but enjoys single-player old-school rpgs which don't require physical involvement.  She is a decent programmer and hacker and is into husktop modding.  Some of her other interest include lusology (the study of lusii),  "kitchen-made"  explosives and writing in her diary.
Dislikes: Her weaknesses,  being looked-down upon, getting dirty and having to take a bath afterwards.

Psionic Power:
Technopathy:  the ability to control a husktop/machine through a mental interface, without the need of physically imputing any command. The usual constrictions apply: e.g. you need to know how to program something in order to program it. It is not necessary  for her to be in the proximity of her husktops/ etc. as she can gain remote access to them. However, an interface must be established in order for her to go past the basic interactions;  that is, a virtual synaesthetic screen which displays the same thing her pc does.  She can't mentally hack something out of the blue, but she can use another computer remotely to do the hacking. She can't psychically access a computer that is too far away. Common sense rules apply: e.g. she can't play games, surf the web etc. and hunt successfully.  In fact, in order to utilise her powers most effectively she has to shy away from any multitasking.

If your character were stranded on an island and could only bring two things with them, what would they be?:
A working transportaliser so she can get the f*ck out of there. + her laptop.

Other: Her hive is a simple two-story building standing on multiple pillars besides a dried riverbed.

I would approve, but you have what seems to be three psionic powers. If you want all three, I'd suggest condensing them down to something.

Deleted the unnecessary powers and kept her main.
