The three races are located within 3 separate universes, not the same world. Sorry if I wasn't clear in my earlier writing.
These three universes, Human, Troll, and Cherub are able to communicate to one another over their IM programs. However, I'm taking it a step further to say that Humans, Trolls, and Cherub are all well in formed of each other.
Scientists stumbled upon a method of communicating with those alternate universes via the Internet's Wifi signal. It's unique wavelength permeates through space into the other universes however, only in small bubbles. (This can later be created via paradox, but for now it's just a simple discovery.) Humans have come to accept the existence of Trolls and their world. Thankfully there's currently no means for the the races to cross over into each other's universes. (The Empress of Alternia is a conqueror after all!)
In the past 5 years, a cherub universe was discovered via the same wifi signal. Science can't yet determine if more universes will be discovered but they do know it has a lot to do with cosmic position in the universe. Like layers of paper overlapping each other, the three universe are in a similar position while wifi can connect them. It's some really crazy stuff!
On the troll side, communication with other universes isn't so strange. They do in fact have other races in their universe (unfortunately, the empress has destroyed many of those planets.) She's acting very friendly towards the human race only because she wants to find a way into that universe as well. This is the current belief held by most of the population on the home world of Alternia.
Society on Alternia is very similar to that of canon; however, it comes without interference of any of Lord English's subordinates. With no ban on adults the Trolls of Alternia are of all ages. But bare in mind that the adults typically move off world for work such as those belonging to the imperial army or those who obtain resources from other worlds. Lusus remain as guardians over young trolls. You'll find no traces of the human family as trolls grow up alone and separated. But now we're just repeating things you guys know from the canon Alternia.
I will say the the Empress is not )(IC. She's not all powerful because there's no LE to endow her with unimaginable abilities. Instead she's limited to superior strength, unyielding endurance, and common telekinetic powers. Her personality is not as forwardly menacing as she actually does have a sense of empathy for her people. There aren't any slaves in Alternia however, there are slaves of other races present in her universe. In 1000 years she will step down as Empress and enjoy a life of luxury which should last another 1000 years. The throne there is pretty great and all but its not every Empress's cup of tea to conquer the universe when there's clearly no other real enemies left. (except for now, with humans who seem like a competent enough species to actually fight.)
The cherub universe is, as expected, barren of a populate race. Thankfully, the one that is talking is friendly.

If one were to use a troll oc character, would one be able to create a game scenario? Of course, the title of the game would have to include all plot spoilers like movies, so no one knowing the story of such a fan game should not be a problem. If needed, I can run the summary of such a game by the host.

sorry it took me a moment to understand what you meant...
but I see what you're saying now.
Troll video game titles would be a new monster in itself, to which I'd have to say would be a glorious thing indeed. >:o Make it so!!!
Or the Troll OC can borrow a video game.

I read the rules. I don't see the part where I'm required to make a character prior to proposing a session. The current rules as they are contain outdated information and grammatical errors. Whoever wrote the rules needs to make revisions.

I was never making you do anything. If you wanted to be here in the first place, you need to listen to the rules. One of the rules is that you have to have an approved character to roleplay. I was trying to help you out by pointing out that you didn't have one. You can't start a session, AKA roleplay, unless you have an approved character. Planning was fine. Sorry you saw the rules as inadequate. It's hard, and nobody really understands.
