Partus Orgion:

Partus stands a bit higher than average, but shorter than most highbloods. His face is often set in an impish grin, and his eyes seem to be solid orange ovals of pacifistic superiority. His features are sharp and he bleaches his hair white, the front emblazoned in the colours of every blood. Relatively thin, he stands calmly and with an austere air. However, his slight frame is freakishly strong, able to lift many times his weight and strike with a terrifying force.
Personality: He comes across as poisonously charismatic- It’s almost scary. He has the skill of both a physically and mentally daunting presence, making anyone who meets him question exactly why he’s being so nice. He knows how to make someone like him, and will often play to the audience.
Inside, he’s mostly there for the show. He likes to see what reactions he can garner, and learn of the people he will one day surely rule- Being essentially second in line to the throne has sort of gotten to his head, making him slightly egotistical and a little bit confusing to talk to about castes. He sees everyone as essentially ‘equal,’ and thinks the hemospectrum should live in harmony. However, he buys deeply into stereotypes, leading to many jokes that fall sour on some ears.
He’s relatively manipulative and conniving, often putting his interests above other individuals- Which doesn’t go against his code of being equal to every caste, as long as it isn’t blood-related.
His main interest is being a media personality- The elite class of Maliptupreneur calls to him, causing him to host a radio show that airs on the immensely (and possibly overly) complex radio network of Alternia.

Typing Quirk/Color: He does not use a consistent colour- He flits from blood hue to blood hue at his leasure. Sometimes acts pretty goofy with his text, using obscure emoticons or emphasizing with ~ tildes ~ and CAPITALIZATION!!

Fears/Insecurities: He secretly fears those who somehow may be able to best him. Besides this, he knows the blistering strengths of the lowboods’ psiionic powers and privately wishes for a way to better nullify them.
Likes/Hobbies: Everyone is his friend! (this is a lie)
He likes the media industry, socializing and beating cocky grubs to an absolute pulp.
Dislikes: Biggots? Cocky shrimps, I suppose. You don’t like the thought of ‘Disliking’ anything in specific.
