Physical appearance: Her black hair sweeps over one indigo eye, the swirled irise, leaving the eye with the quarantine irise exposed. She wears a black sweater with her indigo symbol, a quarantine sign, then faded grey ripped jeans and black combat boots. Her horns curl perfectly and sit on top of her head. If you turned her horns around, they'd make a perfect heart.
Personality: Quite tough and cold actually. But her petite looks, you'd think she'd be soft and sweet, but she's the complete opposite.

Well, I'm not changing her. If you don't like it, too bad. She's my OC, fully developed since I've had her for 4 years, and I'm not going to change herself because of stupid reasons.

If you do not want to change the weaknesses, that is fine, but you could at least bring the personality and physical description to the size minimum.

Agreed. While it's great to have your OC developed, and be attached to a character, you have to abide by the side rules and Admin/Moderator decisions when it comes down to them. We can't make exceptions just because you've had her for a long time, and it does come down to the Administration team in whether or not she's accepted and free to use in the RP.
