Physical appearance:Jupita has quite long hair. It is thick and wavy, with the ends flipping up. Jupita's bangs sweep across her forehead to the right. Her horns' shapes fit together like a puzzle piece, but the shapes are very curvy, with the one of the ends looking similar to a hook, the other like a very simplified dragon head. She wears blue lipstick and has two fangs that show when she smiles.

Personality: Jupita is a calm troll with a calm demeanor. She thinks before she speaks and is quite well versed in many topics about politics, mediation, and has dabbled in the mechanisms of quadrants. She herself does not actively seek out any troll for her quadrants. She can sometimes be cold and uncaring and others be quite jovial, but these are rare occasions. Jupita's violent streak is hid well deep inside her and is let out when she is hired for jobs that need to be dealt with... forcefully. She has a strong sense of self and will fight for what she believes in. She has little desire for material wealth, but it doesn't hurt to have some. Overall, she is quite the quite and clever girl.

History: The Mediator used to be a one of a kind Legislacerator, using a softer approach to the interrogation process instead of the normal aggressive tactics used by the rest of her peers. She would have continued on to rise through the ranks had not been for a case gone awry. She had made an escape, running for 4 sweeps trying to keep her identity hidden with little hope of survival. Finally she confronted those who had been chasing her down, killing them and earning the respect of many pirates and rogues of the community. She decided she would no longer take any of this from anyone. She now is a Gamblignant and a follower of the Signless, fighting for hope of a better future.

Other: How she got control of her was pure mind games, fear tactics which she never liked using but it was out of necessity. She sells her services out as both a mediator and a mercenary. She is quite good at both sides of her job.
