One ambitious member of the biggest Cartel on Mophascertyl (The Ouroborus Cartel), by the name of Passiveeellover (Pas'eel'r) has just thought up with his Tactical Head, a revolutionary new Flight Serpent, that he hypothesizes may be capable of going beyond the atmosphere. This would give them a unique advantage over their rival Cartel, who is confined to the atmosphere, and has to deal with competing Flight Serpents trying to ferry around their nefarious cargo. With this new Serpent, it will ignore all of the competing Serpents by flying over them in outer space, and perhaps they could even expand their operations to the two orbiting moons. The possibilities of this new monster are endless, but it will require some time to produce, and resources as well.

Blueprint:

  • Name: Space Wyrm
  • Purpose: To create the first generic starship of the Aragobstars
  • Description: A giant serpentine creature with a complicated set of organs that makes it controllably buoyant in atmosphere, capable of negating the effects of vacuum on biological structures, and producing a considerable amount of thrust.
  • Resources: 1x Materials, 1x Fuel, 1x Technology, 1x Citizens
  • Attributes: The Materials creates a +1 Defense, the Fuel creates a +1 Speed, the Technology creates a +1 Offense, and the Citizens can act as boarding parties.
  • Number being built: 3

The Dreadian have decided to start exploring the other dimension. but to do this they need to construct a ship that can manoeuvre them between the stars. hence the will make a starting dreadnought class ship with space to modify for further upgrades. they plan for it to be their first and only deep-space ship for the time being so they can interact with the flourishing intelligent lifeforms in this new universe. but right now it will only have the basic needs of operation so they can get it out and ready for use as quickly as possible.

Blueprint:



  • Name: (special class ships are named after captain) "Metatron"


  • Purpose: To explore and interact with the other races. not originally planed for combat but can be retro fitted to do so.


  • Description: A long giant pillar like ship compiled from hundreds of sector like structures,
    it resembles the size of Large planetary asteroids. when first constructed the ship itself looks barren and stripped but over time parts can be inserted into the hull to allow more greater functions


  • Resources: 2x technology, 1x material, 2x fuel, 1x citizens


  • Attributes: material = 1+ in haul integrity (defense) fuel = 2+ in travel (speed) technology is split in two for 1+ offensive (attack) and 1+ adaption (future upgrades without planetary assistance) citizens = 1+ in recovery (healing or repair.)

Lately, the royal astronomers have found and charted new planetary systems that they have been obeserving for a long time. In response to this, the newest Emperor- Emperor Romulus Elusus -ordered his greatest engineers to create a capable vessel able to carry the strongest of Tiberius's warriors and to allow the smartest of engineers to learn more and to adapt to the advances of their enemies. And with the first "Naves" or ships: the "Leo", the Romanii are ready to expand the Empire.

Blueprint:

  • Name: Naves
  • Purpose: To carry warriors who would fight to expand the empire and to carry explorers and engineers to advance the knowledge of the Romanii.
  • Description: A large ship like vessel with a large marble dome covering the top. A set of pulleys and levers allow the dome to lower to reveal the activity being done on the vessel: warriors run back and forth doing drills while several who are in togas write on scrolls plans and designs for weapons and military strategies.
  • Resources: x2 Citizens, x1 Fuel, 1x Materials
  • Attributes: Citizens provide +2 Offense while the Materials provied +1 Defense. The Fuel allows the vessel to have +1 Speed.
  • Number of orders: 1

The Asklepion System - Materials (x3), Fuel (x1), Citizens (x4), Technology (x2)

The Teratas have barely considered exploring outside their planet, though the suggestion has been brought up by few clans who have been led by more open minded leaders. They have now slowly began increasing defenses. The clan leaders have also begun a project to build superior warships in case of any dire situation where their defenses fail. Men of every clan have been gathered to build the ships in order to maintain usage of all clans' biological traits and thus, the Teratas are slowly setting out to expand their territory and to further their knowledge of the outside. Currently, the ship(s) are at their basic state, though the biological weaponry are already at their second stage.

Blueprint:


  • Name: Unimus
  • Purpose: To allow all clans of every element to gain control of the ship as well as to travel quickly along the star systems
  • Description: A fairly large ship with a strong outer layer capable to withstand cold and heated temperatures along with fair durability against flying rocks. All 4-7 element type clans must be present in order to maintain full control over the ship. The ship has slim build in order have aero-dynamic traits just in case of strong enemy fire where it will be able to hopefully avoid enemy fire.
  • Resources: x2 Citizens, x1 Fuel, x2 Materials, x1 Technology
  • Attributes: Citizens (split in two) = +1 Recovery and +1 Offense, Materials (split in two) = +1 Defense +1 Speed
  • Number of orders: 1
  • Turns to being built: 2 turns + 3 turns (-3 Build Phase)

Name: Mandrake Void Skimmer (Scout Ship)

Purpose: A mandrake ship built to rapidly move through space, scout sectors, then bring that info in detail back to the fleet.

Description: Using advanced sensors and information gathering equipment, the Void Skimmer would take detailed scans and video evidence of a sector, weather it simply be the conditions within the sector or of military forces, then quickly leaves the sector in order to provide that information to the main fleet.

Resources: Tech (x2), Citizen (x1), Fuel (x1)

Attributes: Tech 1: Used to provide extremely advanced Scanners that can both scan enemy vessel down to their crew number, and also scanning the atmospheric and environmental data of planets and solar systems within a short amount of time.

Tech 2: Advanced Engines to allow the ship to avoid harm such as from nebulas, asteroids, or hostile weapons fire. This Also allows the ship to go twice as far on the same amount of fuel as standard ships.

Citizen 1: Those chosen to fly Void skimmers are the best when it comes to reconnaissance, information gathering, and piloting. These scouts will be ready for any harm.

Fuel 1: A larger then average fuel supply allows the Void skimmer to fly out twice as far as a standard ship before requiring to return home.

Pas'eel'r continues to direct the Ourborous Cartel Members in a very logical and organized fashion to properly grow the Space Wyrms... whether or not they listen to those directions is another story entirely. Regardless, the first generation of the Space Wyrms has already gestated to 50%. In another hundred years, the first functional Space Wyrm will be available for the Cartel to use.

Hopefully Gobfather Duece won't kill 'em by then.

The "Metatron" is finally completed, next on the agenda is to install the resource warp module. then they can really start to voyage.

Blueprint:


  • Name: Resource warp (module) Mrk1


  • Purpose: This module is a portal generator that allows the transfer of any materials in an instant. this is to say if the resources are already gathered by the dreadian. further future designs include pin-point gathering from other colonial planets that aren't controlled by the dreadian instead of a two way portal. but for now they can at least construct anywhere within a distance of the ship with the installed module.

As the Leo's construction is underway, Emperor Romulus has called a meeting between all of his representatives and some of the others in the Senate to address the first step of action after it will be built. The usual ideas are brought up like exploration before conquering and to conquer before exploring, but one idea strikes as the best: to explore while conquering.

Well [Ai] for once have an [ai]dea worthy of T[ai]beria: why not adapt and conquer at the same t[ai]me? We'll have more advanced knowledge and we'll be able to crush our enemies in their own game!". As Emperor Romulus agrees to this Patrician's idea, the figure disappears. All those present believed it was the late Emperor Julius Caesar who visited them, telling them a great strategy to use in their quest.
