If you are not a mod/admin, do not post in someones app, unless you are just going "I like your Char" or something. It only happens once in a blue moon but it is a problem that I want stopped. PM them instead, and be courteous.

From now on posting in an app that is not yours, for the purpose of helping of judging the character will give you a 1/3 of strike, because this is kind of a minor thing.
